In our latest episode of Victory Garden's edibleFEAST, we head to the Big Easy to see all New Orleans has to offer. We meet two first generation farmers, whose 10 adopted children are learning important life lessons while growing up on the family farm. We visit B&B Farms/Indian Springs Cooperative, an African American Farming cooperative in Mississippi, and then Paradigm Gardens, for some valuable gardening tips, such as how to make homemade insecticide.
In this clip, Chef Donald Link of Cochon Restaurant shows us how to make a creole curry.
