Tropical Açaí Berry Bowls

February 26, 2016
Living in Hawaii, I absolutely love a refreshing açaí bowl heaped generously with my favorite toppings of nuts, toasted coconut and cacao nibs. It’s the perfect chilly amount of sweet and crunch on a hot day. Açaí, coconut and macadamia nuts are also foods high in healthy fats, which can naturally protect your skin from sunburns! —Caroline Potter
