- 3 Ripe Avocados
- Juice from 2 limes
- 1/2 cup white onion, finely diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Small handful cilantro, chopped
- Salt to taste
Slice avocados and spoon into bowl, add lime juice, mash to desired consistency. Combine all ingredients with avocado, stir.
Guac is best if served fresh!
